Revival of interest in Ayurveda has
provided impetus to medical tourism in the
country. There has been a phenomenal increase in
the demand for specialized therapies of Ayurveda,
particularly Panchakarma, not only for treatment
of diseases but also for preventive & promotive
health care. As a result, many health centers and
tourist resorts have come up in the country with or
without adequate facilities
