Open Access, Copyright and Licensing Policy
The Journal of Ayurveda and Holistic Medicine (JAHM) is a fully open-access journal committed to the free and immediate dissemination of scholarly research. JAHM follows the principles of open-access publishing and provides unrestricted online access to its published content in accordance with the terms of its applicable Creative Commons licence.
Open Access
All articles published in JAHM are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges, registration requirements, or paywall restrictions.
There is no embargo period for accessing published articles.
Access and Reuse
Users may read, download, copy, share, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of articles published in JAHM without seeking prior permission from the journal or authors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Creative Commons licence.
Reuse must include appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and source, provide a link to the applicable licence, and indicate whether changes have been made.

Copyright and Author Rights
Authors retain copyright in their published work.
By submitting an article for publication and, upon acceptance, agreeing to publication in JAHM, authors grant the journal the right to publish, reproduce, archive, preserve, index, and disseminate the article in electronic and other formats consistent with the journal's publishing and preservation activities.
Authors retain the right to use, share, deposit, and distribute their published work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence and journal policies.
Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit and share the published version of their JAHM article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, and other appropriate scholarly repositories, subject to the terms of the applicable Creative Commons licence.
JAHM does not impose an embargo period on such self-archiving.
Authors should provide appropriate citation of the published article, including the DOI where available.

JAHM does not impose an embargo period on its published content. Articles are freely accessible online from the date of publication.
Digital Preservation and Archiving
JAHM is committed to the long-term accessibility and preservation of its scholarly content. Published articles and associated metadata are maintained within the journal's publishing platform and are backed up and preserved through the journal's established digital preservation and archiving arrangements.
Where applicable, journal content may also be deposited with recognized indexing services, repositories, libraries, and digital preservation systems to enhance long-term accessibility.
Licensing Transparency
The applicable Creative Commons licence is displayed on the journal website and should be clearly indicated on individual published articles and their full-text versions.
Where third-party material is included in an article under different copyright or licensing terms, those terms will be identified separately, and users are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required for reuse.
